This Contract is made for the purchase of tickets for the “Legends of Istanbul” show (the

 

“Product”) provided by the Seller.

1. Product Details

Event Name: Legends of Istanbul

Date of Performance: [Event Date(s)]

Time of Performance: 16:00

Location: Yerebatan Sarnıcı, Istanbul, Turkey

Ticket Price: 30 euro

Number of Tickets Purchased: [Number of Tickets]

2. Order Process

The Buyer may place an order for tickets for the “Legends of Istanbul” show through the Seller’s official website or other designated platforms.

The order is confirmed only after the Buyer completes the payment process and receives a confirmation email.

3. Payment

The total price for the tickets shall be paid via the payment methods provided by the Seller (e.g., credit card, online bank transfer, etc.).

Payment must be completed in full before the tickets are issued to the Buyer.

4. Delivery of Tickets

Tickets will be delivered digitally via email or a link provided to the Buyer upon successful payment.

The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that the correct email address is provided.

5. Right of Withdrawal

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 1 day from the purchase date, provided that the event has not yet occurred.

In case of withdrawal, the Buyer will receive a full refund, excluding any service fees, if applicable.

The right of withdrawal does not apply if the event has already taken place.

6. Event Cancellation or Postponement

In the event that the Seller cancels or postpones the show, the Buyer will be informed as soon as possible.

If the event is canceled, the Buyer will receive a full refund.

 

If the event is postponed, the Buyer will be offered the option to attend the rescheduled event or receive a refund.

7. Responsibilities of the Buyer

The Buyer must ensure that they arrive at the venue at least 15 minutes before the show starts.

The Buyer is responsible for the proper care of the ticket after purchase.

8. Liability

The Seller is not responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred by the Buyer before, during, or after the event, except where such liability is legally required.

The Buyer acknowledges that they are attending the event at their own risk.

9. Personal Data Protection

The Seller will collect and process personal data only for the purposes of processing this order and fulfilling contractual obligations.

The Buyer’s personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws, including the Turkey Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK).

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Contract shall be governed by the laws of Turkey.

In case of any dispute arising from this Contract, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably. If no resolution is reached, the dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in [City, Country].

11. Acceptance of Terms

By completing the purchase of tickets, the Buyer acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions outlined in this Distance Sale Contract.
